- travel with prospective parents to orphanages;
- perform pre-adoptive medical examination of child's physical and psychological condition according to different programs ( including Denver Developmental screening test, etc);
- summarize information about the child based upon medical records and judgement of the orphanage staff;
- take child's blood sample to test it for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, syphilis, etc. in independent, advanced laboratory, if necessary;
- discuss the child's health condition with prospective parents;
- estimate the child's IQ ( for those who are above five);
- prepare written medical report about the child.

Being completely independent of anyone ( facilitators, NAC and local authorities, orphanages staff, etc.) I promise you objective and detailed evaluation of orphan's health condition to the best of my knowledge and belief.
